Tymely is built around share links instead of accounts. This notice explains what the app stores, what is public, and how private organizer and participant access works.

Information you add
Poll organizers provide a title, optional description, possible dates, time zone, optional fixed time window, and optional response deadline.
Participants provide a name or identifier and their yes or maybe votes. Tymely does not require participant or organizer accounts.
Contact messages include the name, email address, and message submitted through the contact form. Web3Forms processes those submissions so they can be delivered to Tymely.
Private links
Organizer manage links and participant edit links are bearer secrets: anyone who has the full link can use its access. Keep those links private.
Tymely stores hashes of organizer and edit tokens, not the raw token values. Tokenized pages are marked noindex, are not cached, use a no-referrer policy, and are excluded from analytics.
Public poll information
The public poll is designed to show aggregate availability. The organizer’s private manage view can show participant names and selections.
Do not put sensitive personal information in a poll title, description, participant name, or public share link.
Website analytics
Tymely uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate site usage. Vercel describes the service as cookie-free and says its default analytics data is anonymized rather than tied to a personally identifiable visitor.
Analytics events are dropped entirely on organizer manage and participant edit routes so bearer tokens are not sent through the analytics integration.
Retention and deletion
Poll and response data remains available so shared, manage, and edit links continue to work. To request deletion, send us a message through the contact form.
